What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Day-to-day management of the parts department
  • Inventory control including turns, obsolescence, returns, and stock levels
  • Maintaining accurate bin locations and cycle count processes
  • Supporting service department efficiency and technician productivity
  • Developing and maintaining vendor relationships
  • Monitoring department performance and profitability
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in automotive parts
  • Ford experience is an asset but not required
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a parts department
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and key performance metrics
  • Organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working with data and making decisions based on numbers
  • A collaborative mindset with both parts and service teams
