I was blown away by the advisor’s and service manager’s handling of my work order. They even went as far to save me money by not installing parts they had quoted, but noticed were good when disassembled. We own 2 Lincolns and were worried when we moved to Russell as there's no Lincoln dealership around. Embrun Ford took good care of both our cars since the beginning. We have only experienced professional and friendly service. The manager is welcoming, Andrew from service is extremely accommodating, well knowledgeable and always helpful. Sylvie is a great problem solver and super nice. They also offer a ride home by a very friendly young man (I believe his name is Matt). We are very thankful for the entire team.
